The Marina at Pepper’s Creek is a special community in a special place. Our beautiful waterfront community is located on Pepper’s Creek in Dagsboro. Enjoy our private marina’s waterfront views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Our amenities include a pool, community fire pit and a clubhouse with a separate exercise room.
We have an active and involved membership that offers ample opportunity to make friends and socialize with other homeowners. Summer parties, Fire-Pit evenings, seasonal potluck dinners and holiday parties are just a few of the activities we offer OR you can join one of our volunteer committees.
Whether you are raising a family or retiring to the beach The Marina at Pepper's Creek is a great place to call home!
The Marina at Pepper’s Creek homeowners’ association maintains this website to help keep our neighbors connected and to provide you with a single source for all community information. Community events, calendars, all historical documents, and so much more can be found on this site. Master Declaration of Covenants - Article VII - Use Restrictions The transition process (those actions that cumulate in the conveyance of the common areas of The Marina at Pepper's Creek from the developer) has begun. The board has decided to delay voting on potential amendments to Article VII, Restrictions, until the transition process is completed.
